When you use a Reluvics SMS consent form, we may record the name, mobile number, consent choice, form URL, disclosure version, and submission timestamp you provide. These forms are for public communications preferences only; please do not submit medical or sensitive health information.
No sale or sharing for SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with vendors who help us deliver messages (for example our messaging platform), solely for that purpose.
